Terms & Conditions

• There is a 20% deposit to secure a date (refundable up to 5 days prior to rental), which is applied towards the balance. The remainder is due no later than the day of the party prior to setup

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your rental, the deposit can be applied towards an available date as long as the rental occurs within 90 days of the original booking date

• Glamping Northern Virginia reserves the right to refuse setup if the home or site is deemed to be unsuitable or unsafe. In such case no refund will be given.  

• Smoke-Free Policy: We only setup in a smoke free environment. The party assistant is unable to setup if the aroma of smoke is detected. In such case no refund will be given. 

• Hired equipment will be set in one location as agreed on arrival and will not be moved once setup. 

• Additional mileage fee: There will be an addition $5 per mile added to locations exceeding 20 miles of travel.

• The lawn will freshly mowed and free of lawn debris and any pet waste.

• I agree to turn off the sprinkler system 48 hours before setup and keep it off while the equipment is in my possession.
